What Foori is

Foori is an online food ordering marketplace. The restaurants listed on it are independent businesses: they prepare your food, set their own menus and set their own prices. Foori takes your order, passes it to the restaurant and arranges delivery or pickup.

Your account

Browsing and building a cart do not require an account. To place an order you sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone. Keep your phone number current and do not let others order through your account — orders placed from it are treated as yours.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order becomes binding when the restaurant accepts it, and you can follow its status in the app or on the site. Menus, availability and preparation times are controlled by each restaurant and can change without notice.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees. Delivery charges, platform fees and any taxes are itemised at checkout before you confirm, so the total you approve is the total you pay. Pay by cash on delivery, or by the digital payment methods offered at checkout.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel an order free of charge until the restaurant starts preparing it. After that, cancellations and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

• place orders you do not intend to accept and pay for;
• abuse, threaten or harass restaurant staff, riders or our support team;
• interfere with the operation or security of the service;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

Our responsibility

Foori operates the marketplace with reasonable skill and care, but the preparation, quality and safety of the food itself is the responsibility of the restaurant you order from. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service grows. The date at the top shows the current version, and material changes are announced on the site or in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
